The Pioneer of Disruptive Innovation

Time is a great transformational tool that experiences our four stages of life and defines our complete lifetime in a boundless, cosmic platform. Time is eternal, created from the breath of a divine energy nourishing the cosmos. We have seen ourselves even nature being used as small tools in hands of Eternal time. Be those blazing tremors, sweeping tsunami, crawling sensations of earthquake or fury of a volcano we have witnessed all these natural disasters perform on the earth. Mythology affirms that God is beyond time, form, space, sound and holds the power to create or destroy time and universe in a fraction of seconds. God Shiva is the lord of eternity, full of life commanding the powers of destruction and transformational creation. He is seen in his tremendous avatar of Rudra, as a destructive form of almighty, destroying everything into nothing. Shiva has done such destruction innumerable times in different ways - subtle or harsh, but still as he recreates the world perfectly we are never able to understand if he destroyed or recreated? He plays the role of a goldsmith dissolving the existing jewellery to recreate purer gold that can be used to create another adornment with exquisite design and precision. Shiva represents the higher self, where one is willingly to transcend forward and evolve to cosmic existence. Shiv, in true sense is the primitive pioneer of evolutionary energy and innovation. Innovation is introducing new products in market to face survival times. Not only organizations but countries and continents are racing to build a strong innovation culture that opens doors of sustainable performance for them. Moving ahead, even individuals do innovate themselves by learning new skills, developing personality, knowledge, integrating innovation in their domain to be more acknowledged and successful. With more than ten types of innovation in market, disruptive innovation is an innovation that disrupts existing arrangement bringing in more improvements or value-added advantages to recreate better. Diving signals are communication that divers use underwater with their hands, because communication underwater without special and expensive equipment is impossible. Without realizing people use a lot of hand or body gestures to express themselves. Movements like shrugging the shoulders for "I don't know", nodding the head for "Yes" and shaking the head for "no" are very common in our society. Also couples who have lived together for a while can communicate with body, eyes and hands and they don't need to speak to understand each other. All the signals were created for better understanding between divers, because going every time to the surface to communicate is dangerous and some time there is no time for writing everything on a slate. The signals were also introduced by military divers in the early years of scuba diving. Beside the hand signals used underwater, divers at the surface use other diving signals or devices to communicate. The famous diver down flag (red with a white line across): indicates that there is a diver below.

No other boats are allowed and there is a second, larger zone in which boat's speed is limited. The flag can be placed on a boat or on a buoy. And in some countries it must go down when all divers are out of the water. Today this flag represents scuba diving worldwide. The Alfa Flag (white and blue): in international shipping communications every letter of the alphabet is represented by a colored flag. This flag represents the letter "A" Alfa. By itself means "Diver Down; Keep Clear at slow speed".

When You Should Contest The Will

When what you inherit after a long time of devotion and care are just scrambles, life may seem to be very bitter. If the will seems unfair and you want to fight for your rights and inheritance, you should hire a lawyer and discuss further options. There are many cases when you should contest the will. Consider burrowing advance inheritance money if you are certain that you will win the process, but you are in urgent need of money. One of the most common reasons why people contest a will is when they received very little because the deceased was clearly influenced. The best example is the case of what we call "gold-diggers", people who marry rich persons to get their money. An 60-70 years old millionaire will most certainly attract many gold-diggers who will try to influence the main beneficiary of the will. This can also happen if the deceased was helped by a nurse, who surprisingly received a large inheritance. Police should be involved in this. There are many cases when social workers blackmailed or coerced their rich patients to change the will in their favor. If the deceased was suffering from mental problems when the will was signed, you should try to contest it. Providing an ambiguous will should make you question its inheritance distribution. Getting medical records showing progressive mental decline should be shown to the court and provide a solid reason for questioning inheritance distribution. When the will is not executed according to state's laws will give the chance to contest it. Pay attention to all of state's laws. A will may be declared invalid for all sorts of procedures that were not correctly performed, like having sufficient witnesses or not meeting the state inheritance distribution laws. A more serious accusation is when you consider the will to be a false document or the result of a scam or forgery. There are many heinous crooks around and some of them will go as far as convincing an old person to sign for a will, while tricking that he or she signed for something else. You will need a really good lawyer to prove the scam. Also, if the will is not signed by the deceased, or the signature looks falsified, alert the authorities.
